Meet Brady

Brady is a personal trainer and strength coach with almost a decade of experience.

He previously held multiple state powerlifting records, while also finishing various marathons and half marathons. Years of competition left him burnt out, with knee, foot, and back pain, causing him to see physical therapists and overhaul how he trained and ate.

Now, Brady spends his time in the gym and on the pickleball court, and is committed to helping people stay healthy and get the lean, athletic body they dream of, while not sacrificing their humanity and joints in the process.
